What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us — for example when you apply to become a Kingdom Partner, affiliate a ministry, register for an event, give, enroll in Kingdom Academia, or send us a message. This typically includes your name, contact details, church or ministry, and the details of your request.

When you use the portal we also keep records that belong to your partnership, such as your KIC Number, applications, credentials, registrations and giving history. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To review applications and administer your partnership, credentials and courses.
To register you for gatherings and issue your passes.
To process gifts and payments and send receipts.
To respond to your enquiries and keep you informed about KIC, where you have agreed to receive updates.
To protect the platform against misuse and fraud.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure pages and are never stored on KIC systems. We keep a record of the payment (amount, date, purpose and receipt number).

Public verification

When a credential or digital KIC ID is verified on this site, we show only what is needed to confirm it: the holder’s name, photograph where one has been provided, the credential, its number, dates and status. We never show contact details. Verification lookups are logged to prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate (such as payment processing and email delivery), with KIC leaders who have a pastoral or administrative responsibility for you within your jurisdiction, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can review and update your details in the portal at any time, change your communication preferences, or ask us for a copy of your information or for its deletion, subject to records we must keep (for example, financial records). Write to us at info@thekicway.org.

Keeping information safe

Accounts are protected by passwords and access to personal information is limited to people with a legitimate need. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
