Bishop Eric D. Garnes is a Licensed Funeral Director in the State of New York and a Certified Bereavement Counselor. He plays a pivotal role in his family's business, Frank R. Bell Funeral Home, Inc., where he serves as Manager, Executive Board Member and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer. Under his leadership, the firm employs over 21 staff members and conducts more than 600 funeral services annually.
Beyond his work in funeral services, Bishop Garnes is a Certified Executive Leadership John Maxwell Life Coach and a seasoned entrepreneur. His passion for business and innovation is reflected in his role as Co-owner and CEO of Red Guerrilla Entertainment & Red Guerrilla Music, producing films for the silver screen and distributing music across major online platforms.
A strong advocate for education, Bishop Garnes holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of New Rochelle's New York Theological Seminary Division. He has earned two graduate degrees — a Master of Divinity and a Master of Professional Studies with a concentration in Urban Theology & Leadership from Alliance Theological Seminary. He also holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Drew University, where he was recognized as a Hilliard Fellow, a distinction awarded to scholars specializing in church renewal.
Bishop Garnes serves as the Senior Pastor of Tabernacle of Praise, a church known for its powerful and spirit-filled worship. He is also the Primate of the Kingdom International Consortium, an organization dedicated to bridging ministry and business to advance the Kingdom's mission.
He is married to Dr. Delicia Garnes, Associate Dean at Long Island University. Together, they are proud parents of two children, Darian Daniel Rene Garnes and Bryanna A'Delicia Garnes.
